Dr. Fuhrman's Healthy Slaw
1/2 cup shredded raw cabbage
1/2 cup shredded raw beets
1/2 cup shredded raw carrots
1 cup shredded apple
1/4 cup raisins
Toss and serve.

I am a sucker for homemade bread, which I shouldn't even be eating, but I didn't want my family eating the junk that you buy in the store, so I made some. Yum.
