Still no weight loss. I did get a full workout in again today. Here's what I ate:
Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch: Lettuce and spring mix with lentil taco mix on top and 1/2 of an avocado
Snack: Piece of homemade wheat bread....sigh...
Dinner: Bowl and a half of minestrone and 2 pieces of bread
Evening Snack: Watermelon
Total calories for the day around 1100
